Studio Mule is the Shibuya vinyl bar from the Mule Musiq orbit, which gives it a different centre of gravity from the older jazz kissa model. Natural wine, vintage audio and label culture sit in the same small room. The venue asks guests to keep conversation at a respectful volume, which is the important detail. This is not a background-playlist wine bar. It is a compact room where the record choice matters, and where electronic music, jazz, left-field records and wine can share the same pace without turning into a club.
