GOTA

Gota is a natural-wine bar in Salesas, Madrid, from the ACID orbit. It started as a hidden after-hours wine room behind Acid Bakehouse and now sits on Calle de Prim, with natural wine, small plates, low light, and music doing more than the usual bar-background work. The room is intimate rather than purist. Vinyl is part of the atmosphere, and earlier coverage points to live ambient and synth sessions alongside a custom hi-fi setup with speaker boxes and hanging horns. More recent Madrid coverage mentions a Sansui amplifier as part of the room's audio character. Go for wine, food, and a relaxed listening atmosphere rather than silent audiophile discipline.
