Where to stay: the Four Seasons tower in Brickell, Miami's financial district just south of downtown. Expect a soaring lobby and the Edge Brasserie, where chef Edouard Deplus cooks French food with a Miami lean: a raw bar and serious steaks. The real draw is the neighbourhood, lively and lived-in by the water, close to the party without being in the middle of it.
