NOTRE DAME Music Bar

Notre Dame Music Bar is a small east-Paris room with a real system at its centre: McIntosh amplification, JBL speakers, and a layout planned more like a compact auditorium than a standard cocktail bar. The jazz-kissa influence is there, though the mood is less formal and more neighbourhood-facing. The shelves and the selection move through jazz, soul, rock, and rap. Listening sessions give the room its clearest purpose, but an ordinary evening can still be about a bottle of natural wine, cocktails, and a record played with enough care to change the pace at the bar.
