Parasol - food and bar

Parasol is a Split bistro on Adamova 5, run with the same music-first instinct that shaped the Adriatic Social Club orbit. It is a restaurant and bar before it is a purist listening room, but records and sound are built into the character of the place. There is a Japanese listening-bar influence, filtered through a Mediterranean room rather than copied as a theme. Food, wine, and daytime service are part of the format, but the sound system and record culture are treated with the same seriousness as the kitchen. The useful point is the behaviour: Parasol is a place to sit, eat, drink, and hear music as part of the room, not as a playlist filling dead air.
