Ottimo Mediterranean Boteco and Listening Bar

Ottimo is a Mediterranean boteco and listening bar in Vercelli, connected to the Jazz:Re:Found world. It sits in the regenerated ex-Montefibre area and combines aperitivo, dinner, cocktails, vinyl and programmed listening sessions. The room has a proper hi-fi reference point: Klipsch La Scala AL5 speakers. The musical direction moves through jazz, Brazilian music, eclectic selections and international grooves, with vinyl and guest selectors shaping the programme. Ottimo is more food-and-drink led than a strict audiophile salon, but the listening-bar identity is clear. It works as a Piedmont room for aperitivo, records and social listening with a serious sound system in the background.
