Birdman is a Japanese grill and Tokyo-style listening bar near Syntagma, with the music side built into the room rather than added as atmosphere. The programme moves through Japanese jazz, Nigerian funk, roots, hip hop and Salsoul disco, with DJs and collectors shaping the night from rare records.
The system detail is strong enough to list properly: a vintage Sansui amp, Technics MK2 turntables and vintage JBL speakers. It is still a restaurant, with yakitori and drinks in the foreground, but the analogue setup gives the room a real listening-bar spine.
Finos is a compact audiophile bar in Agia Paraskevi, built around acoustic study, rebuilt analogue equipment and vinyl played with care. It is small, retro and direct, with cocktails and whisky around the listening setup rather than a restaurant format.

Okupa Kitchen & Listening Bar is a Kerameikos/Psyrri hybrid: hotel, courtyard, restaurant, bar and listening space in one address. The restaurant sits at Psaromiligkou 9, with the wider Okupa complex nearby.
The music side is part of the operating rhythm. Vinyl sessions run Tuesday to Sunday, with the programme moving through Afro-funk, world disco, jazz and soul. The setup includes an analogue console and a large record collection, giving the room a proper listening-bar identity inside a broader food and hotel project.
Kennedy Vins Bons Vivants is a natural-wine listening bar on Nikiou Street, from Chris Kontos of Kennedy Magazine. It is small, record-lined and wine-led, with the listening identity kept close to the room rather than hidden behind the bar programme.
The collection is serious: around 4,000 records and 1,000 CDs. The room suits low-intervention wine, close conversation and focused sessions on a hi-fi system that handles both vinyl and CD playback.
